MOLYKOTE® 3179 Dilatant Compound (previously known as DOWSIL 3179) is a premium silicone polymer that exhibits incredible elasticity, stretch and bounce properties.  MOLYKOTE® 3179 has a distinctive combination of rheological characteristics, with easy pliability with low force and resistance to slump or flow out at rest.

Applications

MOLYKOTE® 3179 is primarily engineered for use in the novelty toy market.
