Product Overview

MOLYKOTE® D-321 R Anti-Friction Coating is an easy-to-use, air-cured dry film lubricant engineered for metal-on-metal interfaces in equipment under high loads and low to medium speeds. MOLYKOTE® D-321 R Anti-Friction Coating is formulated with solid molybdenum disulfide and graphite to provide excellent resistance against stick-slipping and aging. This anti-friction coating has a broad operating temperature and addresses issues like poor performance of dry film lubricants caused by aging, difficult secondary curing phases, and inability to cover the needed area.

MOLYKOTE® D-321 R Anti-Friction Coating improves run-in processes and provides lubrication in high-vacuum and extreme-pressure applications. This anti-friction coating imparts the necessary lubrication needed for applications under high stress and for components undergoing oscillating movements.

MOLYKOTE® D-321 R also meets or exceeds the strict performance requirements set out in the following specifications:

•    General Electric: A50TF7: S9, Class C
•    Pratt & Whitney: PWA 36240: L
