Product Overview

MOLYKOTE® 557 Silicone Dry Film Lubricant (Aerosol) is a ready-to-use, high-performance solution for long-term wear and high-pressure protection of surfaces and equipment. It easily forms a thin, waxy filmlike coating once the carrier solvent evaporates at ambient temperature.

MOLYKOTE® 557 Silicone Dry Film Lubricant is nonstaining and colorless in application while exhibiting NSF H2-certified approvals for sensitive applications. After application, MOLYKOTE® 557 will cure as a dry film lubricant surface in approximately 30 minutes at ambient temperatures.

MOLYKOTE® 557 Silicone Dry Film Lubricant (Aerosol) provides a multipurpose dry film lubricant solution for a wide range of applications, including the following:
