Product Overview

MOLYKOTE® L-2122 Synthetic Gear Oil is a high-performance lubricant for gearbox systems experiencing incredibly high loads and extreme temperature exposure.  MOLYKOTE® L-2122 is formulated with a high purity synthetic PAO (polyalphaolefin) base oil and supplemented with performance additives for superior extreme pressure (EP) and corrosion inhibitor (CI) protection.   MOLYKOTE® L-2122 has been engineered to meet or exceed performance requirements from several industry and OEM specifications, including:
Flender, DIN 51517 pt. 3, ANSI/AGMA 9005, US Steel 224, Cincinnati Millicron, David Browne SL.53.101.
